Wow, this place was a pleasant surprise! My partner and I usually go to Mui's for carryout, (Mui's has standard Chinese food, but where it lacks in quality it makes up for in price and quantity) however, Mui's was closed. So we gave Harvest Garden a try based on positive reviews.
We ordered General Tso's chicken, vegetable Pad Thai, and Mongolian beef. I am usually apprehensive of ordering beef for carryout because it tends to have a rubbery texture, but we wanted to try the variety that Harvest Garden offers since it would be our first time.
The General Tso's chicken was flavorful and crispy - would definitely order again! The vegetable Pad Thai was also flavorful and offered a variety of fresh vegetables. But the biggest surprise was the Mongolian beef. The beef was tender, not rubbery, and the sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and acidity. It also came with plenty of fresh vegetables!
The service was fast and friendly. We will be back soon! -

We made the mistake of giving Harvest Garden another try. We ordered several lunch combination plates. While we were eating, we realized that they charged us for dinner combos. Avoid this ripoff joint...!

Food was ok. Very little protein mixed with an overload of celery and onion. If they doubled the amount of chicken/shrimp/beef, I would give them another star. Probably won't order again.

Food wasn't good enough for me. I had lunch special almond chicken, the gravy was watery, rice was bland, & chicken was just ok. These reviews had me fooled and that was the only
Reason I decided to eat there & it's close to my job. I really wasted my 6.63 and could of gotten a much better use of the money than to spend it on bland food. If your looking for really good Chinese food try Sun China on 6mile&Telegraph, it's really the best -

Tried this place for the first time today. Fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you receive. We ordered Sweet and Sour chicken, General Tsos chicken, and the crab meat dumplings. All of our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. This may be my new go to.
